Job summary

Deloitte’s AI & Engineering team seeks an AI Workplace Platform Consultant to configure, deploy, and operate enterprise AI platforms at scale for clients across industries. You will lead technical engagements from initial setup through ongoing managed operations, ensuring smooth release planning and user enablement.

The role requires strong collaboration, independent work, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, with travel up to 50% depending on client engagements.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with enterprise AI platforms (Claude, Copilot, Gemini)
• 3+ years of project or program management experience
• 3+ years consulting, systems integration, or related field
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Exchange ecosystem
• Experience with enterprise release planning and change management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel ~50% depending on client engagement
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Configure, integrate and deploy enterprise AI platforms for end users at scale
• Lead technical engagements from platform setup through production rollout and operations
• Implement identity, access, and provisioning configurations (SSO, RBAC, user lifecycle)
• Support release planning, change management and end-user enablement
• Translate business requirements into platform configurations and runbooks
