Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI Workplace Platform Consultant to configure and deploy enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, Copilot, and Gemini for large-scale use. You will lead technical engagements from setup through operations, manage identity and access controls, and support change management to drive user adoption.

The role requires 3+ years in project/program management and consulting, with travel around 50% and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with enterprise AI platforms, including Claude and Copilot.
• 3+ years of experience in project or program management.
• 3+ years of consulting, SI, or systems integration for large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Exchange ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Configure, integrate and deploy enterprise AI platforms at scale.
• Lead technical engagements across platform setup, pilot, production rollout, and operations.
• Manage identity, access, provisioning, SSO, and user lifecycle workflows.
• Support release planning, change management, and end-user enablement for adoption.
• Translate business requirements into platform configurations and runbooks.
