Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI Workplace Platform Consultant to drive enterprise AI adoption by configuring and deploying Claude, Copilot, Gemini, and related platforms at scale. You will lead engagements from setup through managed operations and support release planning and end-user enablement.

The role requires 3+ years in PM and consulting, with strong Microsoft 365, security, and RBAC experience, and willingness to travel up to 50%. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini or Copilot.
• 3+ years of project or program management experience.
• 3+ years in consulting, industry, or SI supporting large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Exchange ecosystem and release planning.

Responsibilities

• Configure, integrate and deploy enterprise AI platforms at scale.
• Lead technical engagements from platform setup to operations.
• Implement identity, access, and provisioning configurations including SSO.
• Support release planning, change management, and end-user enablement.
• Translate business needs into platform configurations and runbooks.
