You will establish the AI Agent Center of Excellence, set reference architectures, drive multi-year roadmaps, and partner with executive leadership on platform investments.

This founding platform role blends hands-on architecture with enterprise scope, risk controls, and cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in senior AI/solution architecture with ownership of enterprise app and orchestration layers and production delivery of AI/ML apps.
• Hands-on ownership of Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI Foundry or equivalent enterprise AI orchestration platform.
• Track record shipping LLM-powered apps and multi-agent systems: orchestration, tool calls, memory, and structured output.
• Experience with GenAI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel) and retrieval-augmented generation patterns.
• Deep Microsoft Azure fluency: identity, security, hosting, and enterprise landing-zone design.
• Demonstrated leadership beyond individual delivery: mentoring engineers and setting technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise AI platform, orchestration, and integration roadmap.
• Stand up the AI Agent Center of Excellence: operating model, standards, and reuse patterns.
• Set reference architectures, guardrails, and shared model catalog for AI delivery teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI and integration engineers; grow the talent bench.
• Serve as senior technical decision partner to Head of AI; counsel on build-versus-buy investments.
• Chair governance review and ensure platform security, risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-functional delivery turning prioritized use cases into governed, production AI apps.
