Job summary

Ethereum Technologies seeks an experienced AI/MLEngineer to design and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise. You will build production-grade LLM applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and robust prompts with grounding and tool integration.

You will define evaluation frameworks, monitor performance, and optimize systems for accuracy, latency, and cost while ensuring governance and compliance across enterprise data and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering AI/LLM products in production environments.
• Strong programming and systems design skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Build production-grade LLM apps, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.
• Design prompt engineering, orchestration, grounding, and tool-calling.
• Develop agentic AI workflows with multi-step reasoning and API integration.
• Establish AI evaluation frameworks, data pipelines, and benchmarks.
• Optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Integrate AI apps with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and vector stores.
• Perform failure-mode analysis and improve production AI systems.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and drift detection.
• Ensure Responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, and governance.
