Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• 8+ years applying data science, ML, AI to real business problems.
• Fluent with AI-assisted engineering tools and critical review of output.
• Experience building engineering agents to accelerate delivery.
• Full-stack AI fluency from modeling to production.
• Deep hands-on with LLMs, RAG, and graph-based retrieval.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks and integration.
• Proficiency in cloud AI platforms and data platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership.
• Mentoring technical talent; regulated industries a plus.
