Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a hands-on Enterprise AI Integration Engineer to bring advanced AI systems into production for large industrial customers. This fully on-site role combines customer deployment with ownership of integrations, data flows, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will embed with enterprise customers to deploy AI-powered systems, build and maintain integrations using APIs, ETL processes, and ERP/CRM platforms, and travel up to 25% domestically.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of hands-on software engineering, implementation engineering, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to deploy AI-powered systems into live environments.
• Build and maintain integrations using APIs, webhooks, ETL, and enterprise data systems.
• Integrate with ERP, CMMS, ticketing, knowledge-management, and enterprise service platforms.
• Build agentic AI and retrieval-augmented generation capabilities for customer solutions.
• Translate ambiguous operational requirements into shipped technical solutions.
• Partner directly with customer engineering and operational teams.
