Job summary

TrueFoundry is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer- GTM to lead production-grade backend solutions for enterprise AI workloads. You will own technical deals, drive POCs, and shape architecture discussions with customer engineering leaders.

You’ll work with LLM tooling and modern stacks while collaborating with product and engineering to steer roadmaps. Hybrid work available, with Bay Area HQ touchpoints and frequent cross-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of backend software engineering experience with production systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Experience with Kubernetes or major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with LLM tooling and AI model orchestration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical arc of the deal: discovery and the in-depth demo, the architecture discussion with the customer's engineering leaders, and the POC through to close.
• Win the POC on technical merit: define success criteria with the customer, manage the execution tracker and milestones, and write integration glue and eval pipelines.
• Make architecture calls on production AI deployments; be the technical decision-maker in customer meetings.
• Be the technical face of TrueFoundry to enterprise customers and drive credibility to close deals.
• Provide field feedback to product and engineering teams to steer the roadmap.
