Job summary

Ampstek is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Implementation Business Analyst for a long-term contract in St. Louis, onsite. The BA will bridge business stakeholders, Product Owners, AI/ML, Data, Architecture, Engineering, and QA teams to implement Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities include identifying AI use cases, requirement translation, test scenarios, governance, and collaboration with IT and data teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / Product Analyst experience.
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process mapping, and Agile experience.
• Experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, data, automation, or digital transformation.
• Ability to translate between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize GenAI use cases by value and feasibility.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops and map current/future processes.
• Translate needs into BRDs, user stories, epics, features, acceptance criteria.
• Define AI assistants, copilots, enterprise search, summarization, extraction, and recommendations requirements.
• Support LLM and RAG requirements, including data sources, taxonomy, search and grounding.
• Develop AI test scenarios and UAT criteria; evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and business value.
• Support AI governance, privacy, security, access control and Responsible AI.
• Collaborate with APIs, databases, enterprise apps, and data integrations.
• Assist Agile ceremonies, Jira/Confluence, release readiness, and business adoption.

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of enterprise Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and intelligent automation solutions. The BA will bridge business stakeholders, Product Owners, AI/ML, Data, Architecture, Engineering, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI/GenAI use cases based on business value and feasibility.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and current/future-state process mapping.
• Translate business needs into BRDs, user stories, epics, features, acceptance criteria, business rules, and data/integration requirements.
• Define requirements for AI assistants, copilots, enterprise search, summarization, information extraction, recommendations, and AI agents.
• Support LLM and RAG requirements, including enterprise data sources, metadata, taxonomy, search/retrieval, and grounding.
• Develop AI test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and UAT; evaluate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, completeness, and business value.
• Support AI governance, privacy, security, access control, and Responsible AI requirements.
• Work with technical teams on APIs, databases, enterprise applications, document repositories, and data integrations.
