Job summary

UPS seeks a Lead Program Manager, AI Governance & Enablement to define and operationalize AI governance across the enterprise. You will translate policies into practical controls, and lead cross-functional workstreams spanning Information Security, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Technology, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI governance, technology governance, risk, compliance, or similar enterprise programs.
• Strong ability to translate policies and regulatory requirements into operational controls and processes.
• Excellent executive communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI policies, standards, regulations into governance controls and requirements.
• Design and improve governance processes across the AI lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across Information Security, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Technology, and business teams.
• Facilitate governance issue resolution including risks, exceptions, and escalations.
• Develop governance guidance, training, and enablement programs for teams.
