Qualifications

• Strong policy and standards writing capabilities.
• Experience designing risk assessment and control frameworks.
• Ability to classify risk and define corresponding controls.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with engineering, legal, compliance, and business teams.
• Knowledge of ML lifecycle, model development, validation, and monitoring.
• Ability to read model documentation, validation reports, and risk assessments.
• Skilled in balancing governance rigor with engineering velocity.

Responsibilities

• Design AI governance framework covering intake, classification, value assessment, and control design.
• Lead use case governance including intake, review criteria, and prioritization.
• Establish model governance with risk management, documentation, and monitoring requirements.
• Define target state, team structure, and operating model for AI governance.
• Plan phased implementation with milestones and owner accountability, aligned with engineering delivery.
• Set KPIs, reporting processes, and escalation paths; review program effectiveness periodically.
