Job summary

Elios AI seeks a Forward Deployed Specialist to sit inside enterprise accounts and turn AI capability into production-ready software. You will split time between understanding customer workflows and implementing the codebase, aiming to deliver scalable, secure AI-powered solutions.

You will embed with clients, ship LLM-powered applications, and ensure deployments survive production environments. This role is client-facing and requires deep technical judgment and strong communication with

Qualifications

5+ years building and shipping production software.
Strong Python and solid API and systems fundamentals.
Experience deploying and operating on AWS, GCP, or Azure with containers and observability.

Responsibilities

Embed with enterprise customers to map workflows, data, and constraints and design the fit.
Build and ship LLM-powered apps and agentic workflows across retrieval, tool integration, orchestration, and evaluation.
Interface with customer systems (legacy APIs, on‑prem data stores, SSO, enterprise auth) and run pilots to production cutover.
Lead the technical side of pilots and expansions from workshop through production deployment.
Write evaluations to truth-test if a system is ready for handover.
Bridge business language and engineering teams and maintain trust on both sides.
Provide product feedback from deployments to reduce heroics and improve the platform.
Navigate security reviews, data handling requirements, and procurement questions without stalling the build.
