Job summary

Digital Waffle is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in New York to work closely with early enterprise customers, embedding with their teams to ship real production value in days, not quarters.

You’ll prototype and productionize integrations across Python, TypeScript, React and Next.js, influencing the product roadmap with field insights and owning problems from first conversation to deployed code.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to understand workflows, pain points and real-world constraints
• Build custom integrations, prototypes and production features that turn pilots into committed usage
• Ship end to end across Python, TypeScript, React and Next.js
• Feed field insight back into product and engineering to shape the broader roadmap
• Own problems end to end, from first customer conversation through to deployed, instrumented code
• Use AI tooling (Claude, Cursor and similar) throughout your workflow to move fast without compromising quality
• Partner closely with founders, product and GTM to turn customer conversations into shipped features
