Job summary

Qualia is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our most significant enterprise engagements. This role focuses on onboarding, long-term relationship management, and leveraging AI to drive efficiency.

You will coordinate Professional Services, Implementation, Product, and Support to deliver high-value outcomes, align roadmaps with client needs, and report program health to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing high-touch, multi-stakeholder enterprise programs.
• AI power-user with experience using AI agents and automation to optimize workflow.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Support) not directly reporting to you.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex enterprise programs from kickoff to steady-state maturity.
• Bridge delivery, technical setup, product features, and on-call support across teams.
• Partner with Product Management to align roadmaps with strategic accounts and deliver on timelines.
