Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a motivated Program Manager to unite multiple Enterprise AI initiatives into one delivery view, tracking milestones, budgets, and schedule. You will steer PMs, product owners, and initiative leads to accountability while avoiding takeover of their work and produce executive-level summaries.

You'll apply hands-on Agile/Scrum, manage complex portfolios across AI, data, or technology programs, and communicate clearly with executives.

Qualifications

5+ years managing complex programs or portfolios with multiple projects
Hands-on Agile and Scrum experience with adaptable approach
Strong budgets, forecasting, and delivery metrics
Proven executive communication skills
High attention to detail

Responsibilities

Build and maintain one unified delivery plan across all Enterprise AI work, with clear milestones, dependencies, and a shared schedule
Track budgets and spend across the portfolio, and give leaders an early, honest read on cost, risk, and progress
Keep project managers, product owners, and initiative leads accountable to schedule and delivery, without taking over their work
Serve as the primary point for escalation and for coordination
Produce executive-level reports and summaries that turn detail into clear decisions.
