Job summary

Zudo is hiring a Forward‑Deployed Engineer to design, build, deploy, and continuously improve AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers. You will own the entire lifecycle from discovery to security reviews, working directly with customers and founders to drive real business value.

You’ll tailor AI agents, integrate with enterprise software, and deploy secure cloud‑based solutions with autonomy and urgency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in software engineering, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a similarly technical role.
• Strong programming skills, preferably Python, TypeScript, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of software engineering, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, model evaluation, and approaches to model customization, including fine‑tuning.
• Understanding of secure cloud deployment and fundamental enterprise security principles.
• Ability to independently learn unfamiliar technologies and deploy working solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer problems and design AI-powered solutions.
• Build and deploy AI agents that execute real business workflows.
• Develop integrations with APIs, databases, and enterprise software.
• Design and optimise LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows.
