Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/AI or related field.
1-4 years applying AI, automation, or software development to real problems.
Experience with AI-enabled solutions and enterprise platforms.
Ability to work with stakeholders and balance innovation with security.

Responsibilities

Identify processes where AI/automation can improve productivity and accuracy.
Design, prototype, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions.
Build AI agents and integrate systems via APIs and connectors.
Develop prompts, workflows, and evaluation methods for reliability.
Document decisions, controls, and maintain governance.
