HCLTech is recruiting a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to lead deployment of Gemini Enterprise solutions within client environments. You will architect and code connective tissue enabling Gemini agents to reason across enterprise silos, run long workflows, and meet governance requirements.

You will design multi-agent systems with the ADK, integrate with SAP/Salesforce, and build production-grade pipelines with Vertex AI and BigQuery, while ensuring security and data residency compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing multi-agent systems with ADK and patterns like hierarchical delegation and self-reflection.
• Hands-on production integration of Gemini agents with SQL/NoSQL databases and ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce).
• Building and optimizing RAG pipelines using Vertex AI Search and BigQuery with emphasis on accuracy and governance.
• Knowledge of agent governance, security, and data residency compliance.
• Experience collaborating with product teams to create reusable Skills and modules.

Responsabilités

• Agentic Architecture: design multi-agent systems using the ADK with hierarchical delegation and self-reflection.
• Production Implementation: write production code integrating Gemini agents with legacy APIs, databases, and ERP systems.
• The Grounding Expert: build RAG pipelines ensuring zero-hallucination access to enterprise truths.
• Governance & Security: deploy agent identity and gateway protocols ensuring auditable, secure AI actions.
• Field-to-Product Loop: identify friction points and collaborate with product teams to build reusable Skills.
