Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Culver City, CA seeks an experienced AI Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure AI solutions aligned with business goals. Lead AI solution design across AI/ML, Generative AI, cloud, data, and security teams to enable production-grade capabilities.

The role requires strong enterprise architecture, cloud, and AI expertise, with hands-on delivery experience and a track record of production deployments.

Formación

• Experience in solution architecture and AI/ML engineering.
• Hands-on design and delivery of AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) or equivalents.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, data pipelines, databases, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Awareness of AI security, data privacy, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and technical leadership.
• Experience deploying enterprise AI solutions in production environments.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, and cloud automation.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar).
• Relevant cloud architecture or AI certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical designs.
• Evaluate and select AI models, frameworks, platforms, and components.
• Create architecture diagrams, blueprints, technical specs, and design docs.
• Design and implement Generative AI and agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and intelligent automation.
• Define prompt engineering strategies, orchestration patterns, tool integrations, and workflow automation.
• Establish AI guardrails, human-in-the-loop controls, and measures to reduce hallucinations.
• Evaluate model performance, accuracy, relevance, latency, and cost.
• Architect AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and integrate with enterprise apps via APIs.
• Define infrastructure, scalability, availability, performance, and disaster recovery requirements.
• Recommend deployment approaches including cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Define data ingestion, transformation, processing, storage, and retrieval strategies.
• Design data pipelines and integration patterns for AI/ML apps.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, governance, and access controls.
• Collaborate with data engineering to build reliable data foundations.
• Incorporate security, privacy, and regulatory requirements into AI architecture.
• Define controls for PII, access management, and secure model interactions.
• Establish AI governance covering usage, evaluation, monitoring, and risk management.
• Provide architectural guidance to development, data, and AI teams.
• Review designs, code, integrations for architectural alignment.
• Support PoCs, prototypes, and feasibility assessments.
• Resolve complex technical issues and guide deployment.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to meet business and tech needs.
• Define performance benchmarks and monitoring for AI solutions.
• Monitor model quality, latency, availability, and costs.
• Optimize architecture for scalability and cost efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement from production feedback.
• Engage stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and communicate value.
• Stay updated with emerging AI tech and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and reuse enterprise AI capabilities.
