Job summary

Hexion is seeking a leader to drive enterprise Agentic AI and automation, architecting scalable AI capabilities across functions. You will build AI-powered tools, pipelines, and interfaces, while ensuring governance and safety.

This is a senior role requiring strong Python, AI framework experience, and hands‑on delivery across multiple business areas. You will partner with product owners, SMEs, and engineers to prototype, demo, and iterate, enabling measurable business value through AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development or data/analytics engineering with AI/LLM exposure.
• Strong Python proficiency; front‑end with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Hands‑on with AI/agent frameworks and LLM APIs.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI and automation strategy across business functions.
• Build AI-powered applications for multiple functions (sales, supply chain, manufacturing, R&D).
• Develop and tune RAG pipelines over unstructured content.
• Create domain tools exposing enterprise systems via safe actions for AI agents.
• Develop user interfaces and workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, or React.
• Implement data validation and guardrails at tool boundaries.
• Collaborate with product owners and SMEs to translate workflows into agent plans.
• Support production deployment and observability of apps.
