The role emphasizes leadership in AI, DL models, and scalable architectures. The position requires a strong background in algorithms and ML, with hands-on experience in modern DL frameworks and programming languages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, statistics, or related fields.
• 5 years of experience in algorithm research or development.
• At least 1 year of experience in team management.
• Knowledge of common deep learning algorithms in recommendation systems, advertising systems, NLP, and computer vision.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go; familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or PaddlePaddle.
• Independent problem-solving skills, strong teamwork, and good communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement LLM, VLLM, and AI Agent in business scenarios to achieve success.
• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and algorithm applications for enterprise services.
• Collaborate with product managers, business developers, and QA to improve project efficiency and profitability.
• Lead a team of algorithm engineers to build end-to-end data pipelines and algorithmic applications.
