Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, statistics, or related fields with 5 years of algorithm research or development.
• At least 1 year of experience in team management.
• Knowledge of common deep learning algorithms in recommendations, advertising, NLP, or computer vision.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go; familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or PaddlePaddle.
• Independent problem-solving, strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement LLM, VLLM, and AI Agent in business scenarios to boost service satisfaction, efficiency, quality, and cost management.
• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and algorithm applications for enterprise‑level services and operations.
• Participate in product development, collaborating with product managers, business developers, and QA to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Lead a team of algorithm engineers to design end‑to‑end data pipelines and algorithmic applications.
