Overview

We support the R&D needs of ByteDance's enterprise-level network, systems, terminals, assets, service desk, audio and video, office management, and other multi-business scenarios. We aim to create commercial enterprise solutions and products that meet industry standards, leveraging big data and AI technologies to promote more automated and intelligent enterprise service construction.

Responsibilities

• Implement LLM, VLLM, and AI Agent in business scenarios such as intelligent knowledge recommendations, intelligent office services, and AI Copilot to achieve business success.
• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and algorithm applications to solve challenges in enterprise-level intelligent services and intelligent operation and maintenance scenarios.
• Participate deeply in product development projects, closely collaborating with product managers, business developers, and business QA to enhance overall project efficiency and profitability.
• Lead a team of algorithm engineers to design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and algorithmic applications, addressing challenges in enterprise-level intelligent services and intelligent operations scenarios.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, statistics, or related fields, with 5 years of experience in algorithm research or development.
  • At least 1 year of experience in team management.
  • Knowledge of common deep learning algorithms in one or more of the following areas: recommendation systems, advertising systems, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, Go. Familiarity with at least one mainstream framework: Pytorch, TensorFlow, PaddlePaddle.
  • Independent problem-solving skills, strong team cooperation awareness, and good communication abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Successful experience in fine-tuning LLM and implementing AI Agents, familiarity with algorithm model development tasks, and extensive practical business experience.
  • Strong ability to model business problems into algorithmic models, with keen technical curiosity, self-drive, and ambition, and the ability to stay updated and learn industry best practices in a timely manner.
  • Understanding of the software development process with strong engineering capabilities, with a preference for those knowledgeable in design patterns and microservice architecture.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $244,800 - $450,000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
