Job summary

Cambay Solutions is seeking AI Engineers to architect, develop, and deploy autonomous agent systems for enterprise clients in a client-facing consulting role. Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio including topics, entities, actions, and plugin development.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for agent integration and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C# for agent development and custom tool creation.
• Understanding of LLM fundamentals: tokenization, context windows, fine-tuning, prompt engineering.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, and enterprise authentication patterns (Entra ID).
• Comfort working in a consulting/services delivery model with client-facing responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture – Design and build AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and the Microsoft Agent Framework for enterprise-scale client deployments.
• Multi-Agent Systems – Develop multi-agent orchestration systems that coordinate specialized agents across complex business workflows.
• Agentic Patterns – Implement agentic architectures including ReAct patterns, chain-of-thought reasoning, tool use, memory systems, and MCP integrations.
• Enterprise Integration – Integrate agents with enterprise systems via Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and custom APIs.
• AI Engineering – Build and optimize prompts, grounding strategies, and RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, and vector databases.
• Governance – Implement governance and responsible AI practices including guardrails, content filtering, human-in-the-loop workflows, and Agent 365 security policies.
• Evaluation – Create evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability, safety, and business impact.
• Client Delivery – Participate in client discovery sessions, contribute to solution estimation, and translate business requirements into agent specifications.
• Cross-Practice – Collaborate with Cambay’s practice areas through our Hub-and-Spoke model to embed AI capabilities across verticals.
