Job summary

GenScript USA Inc. seeks an AI Intern, Enterprise Agent Development to design, develop, test, and optimize enterprise AI agents. You will integrate with ERP, CRM, OA, and other systems, enabling cross‑system automation.

This role requires a Master’s degree and hands‑on experience with Java, Python, and LLM‑based agent frameworks. Remote work is possible for the right candidate; onsite in Piscataway, NJ, with compensation targeting $30–$40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in CS/AI/Software Engineering.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience with large language model applications and prompt engineering.
• Experience with LangGraph and Agent Scope frameworks.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, microservices and enterprise integration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.

Job Title: AI Intern, Enterprise Agent Development

Supervisor: Head of AI for Industry, Digital & Intelligent Technology Center

Location: Piscataway, NJ (Onsite preferably, but open to US Remote for the right candidate)

Compensation: Targeting $30 - $40 per hour based on experience level.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and continuously optimize enterprise AI Agents.
• Build capabilities such as task planning, tool calling, and workflow orchestration using large language models.
• Integrate AI Agents with enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, and order management systems, to automate cross-system business processes.
• Develop and optimize enterprise system interfaces and Agent tools.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deploy AI Agent solutions in real-world enterprise scenarios.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience in large language model application development, with an understanding of prompt engineering and function calling.
• Hands-on experience with Agent development frameworks, particularly LangGraph and Agent Scope.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, microservices, and common enterprise system integration methods.
• Strong system design, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
