Job summary

A leading eCommerce company is seeking a Scrum Master to enhance Agile delivery across enterprise technology teams. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile processes, coach teams in Scrum and Kanban, and optimize delivery in a dynamic environment. This position offers the chance to work on backend systems and high-transaction platforms. The expected salary range is $85,000 to $110,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance and a retirement savings program.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT organizations.
• Experience supporting backend, API-driven, or platform engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams using Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Track and analyze Agile metrics to improve predictability and delivery flow.
