Tri-Force Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an Agile Coach to guide and mentor product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption across MTA-IT.

This role emphasizes coaching, training, and enabling enterprise-wide transformation in a large, complex environment at the MTA-IT HQ in New York. You will partner with teams to promote Scrum and Kanban practices, drive continuous improvement, and align delivery with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of software development experience.
• At least 10+ years of Agile coaching experience.
• Proven experience coaching for agile product transformations in large, complex environments.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide agile transformation initiatives.
• Strong background in change management and driving cultural transformation at scale.
• Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), CSP, SPC, or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Coaching teams on Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Facilitating training sessions and workshops.
• Implementing best practices and tools for Agile delivery.
• Leveraging metrics to inform decisions and improve performance.
