Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH Company, seeks an Aggregate Quality Manager to lead enterprise quality across our aggregate operations. This role develops standardized QA systems, lab practices, and metrics while partnering with Operations and Engineering to improve product performance and safety.

The role requires 10+ years in aggregate quality, with strong knowledge of ASTM/AASHTO/UDOT standards and a track record in cross-functional leadership and data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in aggregate quality, materials engineering, or construction materials.
• Deep knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, UDOT, and applicable quality standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership across multiple operations or locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise quality management across aggregate operations.
• Develop standardized testing procedures, lab practices, and quality metrics.
• Oversee laboratory operations and ensure ASTM/AASHTO/UDOT compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and corrective actions to reduce product variability.
• Provide technical support to customers and cross-functional teams.
