Job description

About Nevoya

Nevoya is North America's leading next-generation electric trucking carrier, transforming logistics through AI-native operations and relentless customer focus. The company builds and uses proprietary technology to deliver zero-emissions carrier services to Fortune 500 shippers with superior economics and service to legacy diesel operators. The company has operations in California and Texas, and is backed by globally-renowned investors including Lowercarbon Capital.

About The Role

Nevoya is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our largest and most strategic customers. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth within current accounts, managing day to day customer relationships, and building the kind of trust that turns a single lane into a multi lane, multi year partnership. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, balancing tactical issue resolution with longer term account strategy. This includes running QBRs, tracking account health, expanding margin, and multi threading into enterprise accounts so relationships do not live or die with one contact. This is a highly cross functional role that touches sales, operations, and customer experience, and is well suited to someone who enjoys owning outcomes end to end.

What You'll Do
  • Own net revenue growth across your account portfolio, tracking growth year over year and quarter over quarter
  • Drive upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts, including new lanes and service lines
  • Manage renewals and protect account revenue retention through contract expiration
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations, meeting response time targets
  • Maintain a healthy issue backlog and manage resolution time by severity
  • Run scheduled account touchpoints and check ins on a consistent cadence
  • Prepare and deliver QBRs and scorecards on time and with accurate data
  • Track action items generated in QBRs and drive them to closure before the next review
  • Monitor account level margin and identify opportunities for margin improvement over timeLead rate renegotiations and cost to serve reduction initiatives
  • Capture accessorial and detention revenue that is owed but often missed
  • Map stakeholders across each account to build multi threaded relationships beyond a single point of contact
  • Manage executive level touchpoints and reduce the frequency of escalations requiring senior leadership involvement
  • Build and maintain an account health score incorporating volume, margin, service, and satisfaction
  • Identify and resolve score impacting incidents, including appeals when appropriate
  • Track NPS or CSAT per account and generate customer references and case studies
  • Drive EDI and API integration completion for accounts, minimizing exceptions post launch
  • Reduce service failures and improve customer effort by proactively identifying and implementing account improvements
What You'll Bring To The Table
  • 7 plus years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related revenue owning role, ideally in freight, logistics, or supply chain, with a focus on enterprise or large strategic accounts
  • A track record of growing revenue within existing accounts, not just maintaining them
  • Comfort owning both the relationship and the numbers behind it, including margin and pricing
  • Experience running structured account reviews such as QBRs, with the discipline to follow through on action items
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a portfolio of accounts with competing priorities
  • Ability to multi thread within enterprise accounts and build relationships beyond a single contact
  • Comfort with data, including tracking KPIs, building simple health scores, and spotting trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations and escalations calmly
  • A proactive mindset, identifying and solving problems before they become escalations
Desired Experience
  • Familiarity with EDI and API integrations in a logistics or TMS environment
  • Experience with drayage, intermodal, or asset based trucking operations
  • Exposure to contract negotiation or pricing strategy
  • Experience building or maintaining account health scoring frameworks
  • MBA or other advanced degree
