About the Role: Enterprise Account Executive

You will drive growth within the enterprise segment, engaging with senior stakeholders at large organizations to address critical project planning and risk management challenges. Your responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value deals, leveraging frameworks like MEDDICC to build lasting relationships and achieve significant outcomes.

Experience
  • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in construction, infrastructure, or project-driven sectors.
  • Proven success in exceeding revenue targets and closing contracts over $100k ARR.
Sales Skills
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with frameworks like MEDDICC.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills at the executive level.
  • Ability to qualify and prioritize opportunities effectively.
Industry Knowledge
  • Familiarity with project management, risk management, or delay analysis software is a plus.
  • Understanding of decision-making in construction or infrastructure industries.
Technical Aptitude
  • Comfort with SaaS tools, CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), and willingness to learn technical product details.
Personal Attributes

  • Highly organized, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
