Qualifications

• Experience closing high-value deals in a quota-driven environment.

• Comfort with long consultative sales cycles (3–12 months).
• Strong executive presence and remote selling ability.

Responsibilities

What You Will Own

• The full sales cycle with senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities, from discovery through close.
• Warm meetings booked by our sales development team and inbound, turned into signed contracts.
• Deals with several decision makers: owners, operators and marketing leaders.
• Proposals, presentations and negotiation, built with our strategists.
• Growing the senior living accounts you close after the first engagement.

What You Bring

• Years in a quota carrying closing role, with deals you sourced or were handed and closed yourself.
• Selling into senior living, or marketing and agency services to similar buyers.
• Experience with longer consultative cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and comfort selling remotely.
