Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Director for Senior Living to own large multi-location deals from discovery to close. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities.

You will close multi-location deals and expand to more locations and services. Leads from our development team or inbound meetings will be your calendar, with the long, strategic sales cycle and collaboration with ownership and

• Record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into senior living groups, or marketing and agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers. If your background is high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales, this is a different job.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency running websites, SEO and paid media for senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities. As Sales Director for Senior Living, you own our largest multi-location senior living deals, from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. One win covers many locations, so each deal is large, multi-stakeholder and worth the work. Our sales development team and inbound put qualified meetings with these groups on your calendar, so your time goes to closing.

The seat

• $2M annual quota, carried on a small number of large accounts.
• Leads fed to you: meetings with senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities, booked by our sales development team or inbound.
• No management. No team to build, hire or run.
• Strategic accounts: senior living operators with many locations, where one signed deal covers the whole group and opens the next.
