RapidFort is changing how organizations manage software vulnerabilities.
Traditional security tools find vulnerabilities and leave engineering teams with an ever-growing remediation backlog. RapidFort goes further — helping organizations automatically reduce vulnerabilities and shrink their software attack surface while accelerating compliance.
We work with enterprise, highly regulated, and U.S. government environments where security matters.
We’re growing our enterprise sales team and looking for proven new‑logo hunters who want to help build the next stage of RapidFort.
This is a true enterprise hunting role.
You’ll own a territory, build pipeline, open new enterprise accounts, and manage complex sales cycles from first conversation through close.
You’ll sell directly to CISOs, security leaders, platform engineering and DevSecOps teams, supported by Solutions Engineering and direct access to RapidFort’s leadership.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a territory to manage — you’ll have a voice in how we sell, where we compete, and how we grow.
We’re less interested in checking boxes than in what you’ve actually sold and won.
You should bring:
Experience selling cybersecurity, cloud security, DevSecOps, application security, containers, Kubernetes or software supply‑chain solutions is highly valued.
At RapidFort, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact while the company is still at a stage where individual sellers can materially influence our growth.
You’ll have access to:
Base Salary: $125,000–$175,000
On‑Target Earnings: $250,000–$350,000
Commission: 50/50 structure, uncapped with accelerators
Equity: Stock options
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision and 401(k)
Location: Remote — United States
Final compensation will depend on experience, track record and location.
If you’re a proven enterprise hunter who knows how to create pipeline, open doors and close complex cybersecurity deals, we want to hear from you.
Come build with RapidFort.
