About Smart Access

Smart Access is the AI execution layer for supply chains . We're a Frontline Execution Platform that helps the world's largest warehouses, manufacturers, and logistics operations close the gap between defined standards and actual frontline behavior. Our system connects standards, observations, coaching, and intelligence into a single execution loop that drives consistent, measurable performance on the floor.

We work with operational leaders, frontline supervisors, safety teams, and continuous improvement leaders to systematically close the execution gap — the distance between what standards say should happen and what actually happens. As supply chains adopt AI, Smart Access is positioned to become the operational intelligence layer that AI agents rely on to drive frontline action.

We're an early-stage, enterprise-focused AI company. The work here moves fast, the customers are real, and the impact on operations is concrete.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help scale the next phase of Smart Access's commercial growth.

You’ll work alongside Sales Leadership to expand our enterprise footprint by developing new customer relationships while growing strategic accounts. Success in this role requires the ability to understand complex operational challenges, build executive relationships, navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, and articulate measurable business value.

This is a consultative enterprise sales role—not a transactional software sales position. The ideal candidate enjoys solving business problems, partnering closely with customers, and helping large organizations transform frontline operations.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence not only customer outcomes but also the continued evolution of Smart Access's enterprise sales motion.

What You'll Do
  • Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for enterprise manufacturers, distributors, retailers, logistics providers, and supply chain organizations.
  • Build relationships across multiple buying centers, including: Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, Continuous Improvement, Safety, Information Technology, Executive Leadership
  • Develop both new enterprise opportunities and expansion opportunities within existing strategic accounts.
  • Lead consultative discovery focused on operational challenges, frontline execution, productivity, quality, safety, and business outcomes.
  • Develop compelling business cases and ROI analyses that resonate with executive stakeholders.
  • Coordinate technical evaluations, proof-of-value engagements, customer workshops, and implementation planning alongside Product, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering.
  • Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity progression within CRM.
  • Represent Smart Access at customer meetings, executive briefings, and industry conferences.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue objectives while contributing to the continued refinement of Smart Access's enterprise sales strategy.

  • Demonstrated success selling complex software solutions into Fortune 1000 or similarly large enterprise organizations.
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding enterprise sales quotas.

  • Demonstrated success generating new enterprise opportunities while expanding existing strategic customer relationships.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles.
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams throughout complex enterprise sales engagements.
  • Highly organized with strong forecasting and pipeline management discipline.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30–40%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling into one or more of the following industries: Supply Chain, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Transportation, Retail Distribution
  • Experience selling AI, analytics, operational intelligence, workforce optimization, industrial technology, computer vision, or related enterprise software.

Success in Your First Year

Within your first twelve months, you’ll be expected to:

  • Build a high-quality pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
  • Develop trusted executive relationships across strategic accounts.
  • Successfully lead multiple enterprise evaluations and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Close new enterprise customers while contributing to expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
