Job summary

Kotis Design, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to expand our current accounts and uncover opportunities within large organizations. You will own 25-35 enterprise accounts, collaborate with Growth accounts, and drive revenue across Marketing, HR, Events, and more, while traveling 8-12 times yearly.

This fully remote role offers a base salary of $90-100K plus bonus potential, with an OTE of $125,000-$250,000, depending on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development experience.
• 2+ years' experience using sales automation tools (HubSpot, Outreach.io).
• Naturally curious and comfortable learning how large organizations operate.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organized enough to manage a portfolio of accounts without opportunities being left untouched.
• Comfortable proactively reaching out to new stakeholders within an existing client.
• Experience managing communication and pipelines through a CRM.
• Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office).
• Travel required, approximately 8-12 trips yearly.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of approximately 25-35 Enterprise accounts.
• Work closely with existing Growth accounts to identify areas where Kotis products and services (employee programs, events, gifting, uniforms, portals, fulfillment, etc.) can add additional value, help them meet their goals, and bring the fun.
• Pursue new business opportunities within existing Enterprise accounts by finding and selling to new departments and contacts across Marketing, HR, Events, Sales, Community, Procurement, and other teams.
• Re-engage former customers and dormant Enterprise accounts where Kotis has an existing relationship but little or no current business, driving revenue growth through stakeholder development, new buying groups, and expanded organizational penetration.
• Leverage leads and insights from internal teams like Sales Operations, Customer Success Managers, Creative Project Managers.
• Effectively use provided lead generation tools and software.
• Utilize social and professional networking to generate prospects.
• Generate referral business from existing clients.
• Virtual and on-site prospect visits.
• Actively manage and monitor your sales pipeline to consistently exceed KPIs.
• Educate prospects on benefits Kotis offers and present solutions regarding our services and products.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years business development experience
• 2+ years' experience using sales automation tools (ex. HubSpot, Outreach.io)
• Naturally curious and comfortable learning how large organizations operate
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Organized enough to manage a portfolio of accounts without allowing opportunities to go untouched
• Comfortable proactively reaching out to new stakeholders within an existing client
• Experience managing communication and pipelines through a CRM
• Strong PC Skills (proficient in Microsoft Office programs)
• Travel required, approximately 8-12 trips yearly.

SALARY

$90-100K annual base depending on years of relevant experience, plus bonus potential. OTE potential $125,000-250,000.
