Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an A/V Systems Engineer to support enterprise A/V and conferencing across CLIENT facilities in Washington, DC. The role requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust and deliver flawless executive-level audiovisual experiences.

The engineer will back up the A/V Lead, perform incident resolution, and contribute to project planning in a fast-paced federal environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in enterprise A/V systems integration and operations.
• Experience with conference room tech, digital signage, and executive briefing systems.
• Experience supporting executive-level engagements in professional environments.
• Experience integrating A/V with Teams Rooms and enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Experience in government or large private-sector enterprises of similar scale.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced A/V support for integration, configuration, and sustainment across CLIENT facilities.
• Maintain conference room technology, digital signage, and executive briefing environments.
• Assist in integrating A/V with CLIENT's IT infrastructure and networks.
• Plan and execute A/V upgrades, refreshes, and new installations under guidance.
• Maintain A/V system documentation and runbooks; ensure 100% coverage during lead absence.
• Support executive meetings and high-priority events with on-site and remote assistance.
