• Performs complete and professional patient assessments per policies and procedures.
• Maintains current knowledge of enteral home care techniques and concepts.
• Represents the company through professional appearance and care activities.
• Gathers information from referral sources to ensure insurance coverage for enteral patients.
• Follows up on paperwork to ensure payment for services rendered.
• Maintains patient records in a complete and organized manner per accreditation standards.
• Drives to admit, deliver, and pick up enteral supplies to patients’ homes or business locations.
• Provide patient care, treatment, and service in a continuous and coordinated manner.
• Promote safe, effective patient and organizational environments and equipment use.
• Participate in ongoing education, in-services and training to maintain competence
