Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedures.
• Basic math and reporting skills for notes and billing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient education as part of patient care activity.
• Performs complete and professional patient assessments.
• Maintains current knowledge of enteral home care techniques.
• Represents the company through professional appearance and reports.
• Gathers information from referral sources to ensure insurance coverage and follows up on paperwork for payment.
• Maintains patient records in compliance with accreditation standards.
• Drives to deliver and pick up enteral supplies to patients' homes or places of business.
• Provide patient care, treatment, and service in a coordinated manner to meet patient needs.
• Promote safe and effective patient environments and equipment use.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain competence.
