Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent certificate.
• 2-3 years' experience in institutional or commercial food service and/or customer service.
• City of Ft. Worth Food Handlers Card required.
• Ability to follow and relay oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Process enteral formula orders for patients (neonatal through adolescent to adult).
• Develop recipes according to physicians' orders.
• Prepare, deliver, and stock enteral formula in patient care areas to meet unit needs.
• Order, receive and stock formula-related items and maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure products comply with current codes and are acceptable for use.
• Assist Formula Room Supervisor in operating the formula room to meet organizational goals.
• Maintain cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work area.
