Job summary

Prevea Health's Green Bay location seeks a Back Registered Nurse ENT to provide comprehensive, professional nursing care in a multi-specialty clinic. The RN will perform assessments, coordinate care, educate patients, and ensure safe, high-quality care delivery while collaborating with physicians and clinic staff.

The role offers a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with potential for a hybrid pattern (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN license (or compact; eligibility to work in the U.S.).
• CPR/BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS/PALS may be required depending on specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely, accurate patient assessments and support care decisions with providers.
• Deliver a full range of nursing care: rooming, vitals, medications, vaccines, procedures.
• Respond to patient questions through calls, messages, and direct visits; coordinate care plans.
• Maintain high-quality documentation in the EMR; follow privacy and safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinic staff to ensure efficient workflows.
• Support fluctuating clinic volumes and maintain a safe, patient-centered environment.
