Responsibilities

• Performs history and physical examinations and develops care plans.
• Orders and interprets laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Educates patients and families, and serves as a clinical resource for staff.
• Coordinates care with nursing, physicians, and consult services.
• Documents encounters clearly and timely; collaborates with health professionals.
