Dignity Health Medical Group - North State in Redding, CA is seeking an Otolaryngology Physician to join our ENT team in a hospital with a busy Level II Trauma Center. This role offers full-time or part-time options and a rotating two-week schedule with surgical block time and maxillofacial call at Mercy Medical Center Redding.

Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist with strong clinical skills and dedication to patient care is required; new graduates are welcome to apply to join a

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited school.
• Completion of residency in Otolaryngology.
• BE/BC California medical license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
• Dedication to providing high‑quality patient care.
• Willingness to take Maxillofacial trauma call at a level 2 trauma center.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide variety of ear, nose, and throat conditions in both clinic and surgical settings.
• Manage a diverse patient panel, providing evidence-based care for both routine and complex ENT cases.
• Work in both clinic and operative settings with designated block time available.
• Participate in maxillofacial trauma call at a busy Level II Trauma Center.
• Provide clinical care with the ability to perform minor procedures in-office.
