Job summary

Dignity Health Medical Group - North State in Redding, CA seeks an Otolaryngologist to join our established ENT team in a high-volume hospital setting. You will diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of ENT conditions, providing comprehensive care within clinic and operative environments.

The role offers full-time or part-time schedules with maxillofacial call participation, competitive compensation, and a supportive, physician-led group focused on patient care and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited school.
• Completion of residency in Otolaryngology.
• BE/BC California medical license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide variety of ear, nose, and throat conditions in both clinic and surgical settings.
• Manage a diverse patient panel, providing evidence-based care for both routine and complex ENT cases.
• Work in both clinic and operative settings with designated block time available.
• Participate in maxillofacial trauma call at a busy Level II Trauma Center.
• Provide clinical care with the ability to perform minor procedures in-office.
