Bayhealth Medical Center, with Kent Campus in Dover and the Milford area, seeks a physician specializing in ENT to deliver direct patient care under established guidelines. The role emphasizes credentialing, ongoing CME, and hospital-based coverage in Day shifts.

The successful candidate will perform exams, interpret tests, educate patients, and collaborate across ambulatory and inpatient settings while maintaining licensure and professional standards.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree (BC/BE per Bayhealth bylaws)
• Current Delaware CSR/DEA licensing as required by duties
• Board certification or eligibility in ENT or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical exams and document findings promptly.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and provide referrals as needed.
• Educate patients on wellness and preventive care.
• Provide coverage for patients in ambulatory and hospital settings during agreed hours.
• Maintain clinical and surgical skills credentialed for practice.
• Dispense medications per age, condition, and interactions with safe protocols.
• Maintain Delaware medical and CSR licenses and CME requirements.
• Fulfill other duties within the scope of responsibilities
