AMN Healthcare is seeking two Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologists to join its established ENT service line in the Delaware Capital Region. This employed position offers the ability to build a busy practice quickly with strong clinical support, modern facilities, and an integrated EMR.

Highlights include a bread-and-butter ENT with subspecialty development, up to 50% time for Rhinology and Head & Neck Surgery, a 1:5 call rotation, and a documented earning potential up to $765,000

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible Otolaryngologist.
• Active medical license in Delaware or eligible.
• Employed practice model with strong clinical support.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive ENT care, including subspecialties as interests allow.
• Develop subspecialty areas (Rhinology / Head & Neck Surgery).
• Collaborate with PA, Audiology, RN, LPN and Medical Assistant.

Position Overview

A leading not-for-profit health system serving one of the fastest-growing regions in the Mid-Atlantic is seeking two Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologists to join its established and expanding ENT service line. This opportunity offers the ability to build a busy practice quickly while benefiting from strong clinical support, modern facilities, and an employed practice model.

Position Highlights

• Bread-and-butter ENT with the ability to develop subspecialty interests
• Opportunity to dedicate up to 50% of practice to areas of interest, including Rhinology and Head &Neck Surgery
• Strong regional referral network comprised of 450+ physicians and 200+ APPs
• Significant patient population of 500,000+ people
• Dedicated Physician Assistant, Audiology, RN, LPN, and Medical Assistant support
• Purpose-built ENT clinic space with 10 exam rooms, Stroboscopic technology and EPIC
• 1:5 call rotation
