Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a physician-led ENT team. The role offers a blend of general ENT with subspecialty focus, collaboration with audiologists and hospitalists, and strong referral support.

The position emphasizes autonomy, use of advanced technology including robotic systems, and a mix of clinic and OR days with a flexible schedule designed to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Ohio Medical License or eligibility for Ohio licensure.
• DEA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
• Perform outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures within the scope of Otolaryngology.
• Collaborate with audiologists, advanced practice providers, hospitalists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EMR system.
• Participate in backup call responsibilities as assigned and support quality improvement initiatives.
