Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
  • Perform outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures within the scope of Otolaryngology.
  • Collaborate with audiologists, advanced practice providers, hospitalists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EMR system.
  • Participate in backup call responsibilities as assigned and support quality improvement initiatives.

Description:We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our ENT specialists team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to build a thriving practice within a physician-friendly healthcare system.

The incoming physician will join a collaborative team supported by audiologists, advanced practice providers, hospitalists, and a comprehensive network of medical and surgical specialists.

The opportunity is designed as a 50% General ENT and 50% subspecialty focus practice.

The current physician maintains a broad general otolaryngology practice with an emphasis on sinus surgery.

The organization provides the patient demand and referral network necessary to establish and grow a successful subspecialty practice while maintaining a strong general ENT presence.

The typical schedule consists of approximately three clinic days and two operating room days per week, although physicians have significant input regarding schedule design, patient volumes, and practice operations.

Average clinic volume is 25 to 30 patients per day.

Surgical procedures are performed in multiple surgical facilities.

Physicians also have access to advanced surgical technology, including robotic systems.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive medical and surgical care for disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.

The physician will maintain a practice comprised of approximately 50% general ENT and 50% subspecialty-focused care.

Duties involve evaluating, diagnosing, and treating both adult and pediatric ENT conditions.

The physician will perform outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures within the scope of Otolaryngology.

Collaboration with audiologists, advanced practice providers, hospitalists, and specialty physicians is essential to ensure coordinated patient care.

The physician will maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record system.

Participation in backup call responsibilities as assigned is required.

The physician will support quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals.

Contribution to the continued growth of the ENT program throughout the healthcare system is expected.

Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical and surgical expertise across the spectrum of General ENT care.

There should be an ability to build and maintain a balanced General ENT and subspecialty practice.

Interest or expertise in one or more specialty areas is highly desirable.

Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities are essential.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to build lasting patient relationships and referral partnerships.

A commitment to evidence-based medicine and high-quality patient outcomes is required.

The candidate should possess the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Proficiency with electronic medical record systems is preferred.
