Optum NY in Syosset, NY is seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our team. You will diagnose and treat diseases of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures while collaborating with local hospitals and a broad support network.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Otolaryngology
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries of the ear, nose, throat, pharynx, sinuses, larynx, thyroid, oral cavity, salivary glands, and esophagus
• Examines patients in clinic and performs surgical procedures as needed
• Consult with patients to understand their health concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients
• Consult with patient's primary care physician and other specialists
