Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health seeks an ENT Physician to join a well-established otolaryngology practice serving a broad regional area. The role encompasses general ENT care, allergy testing, hearing evaluations, endoscopic procedures, sinus and thyroid surgeries, and facial reconstruction.

You will split time between clinic and surgical days with dedicated OR time and minimal call, in Spearfish, SD. The candidate is board-certified in ENT with strong clinical and communication skills, and

Job description

Position: ENT Physician

Role & Responsibilities:

Join an established otolaryngology practice serving a broad regional area. Provide comprehensive ENT care, including general otolaryngology, allergy testing, hearing evaluations, endoscopic procedures, sinus and thyroid surgeries, facial reconstruction, and related surgical services. Maintain a balanced practice with approximately 65–70% adult and 30–35% pediatric patients. Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team, utilize specialized equipment, and support a consistent referral base. Schedule includes 4.5 days per week with clinic and surgical days, supported by dedicated OR time, and minimal call duties.

Qualifications & Skills:

Relevant board certification in ENT, excellent clinical skills, ability to work autonomously, and strong communication abilities. Experience with a comprehensive ENT scope and surgical procedures is preferred.

Key Duties:

Provide patient-centered ENT care, perform surgeries, participate in clinic activities, and contribute to a collaborative practice environment. Benefit from onsite lab, X-ray, and electronic medical records system.
