CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks an Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a community-based practice within an academic healthcare system. The role combines clinic, operating room, and ambulatory surgery center procedures for both adults and children, with hospital call duties approximately seven days per month.

You'll build a high-demand practice with mentorship from a large ENT network, emphasizing quality patient care and collaboration across specialties.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, Board Certified or Eligible; open to all experience levels.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented, patient-focused, and interested in community practice development.

Position:

Otolaryngologist (ENT) in a community-based practice within an academic healthcare system.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive ENT care for adult and pediatric patients, including clinic, operating room, and ambulatory surgery center procedures. Manage a balanced schedule with clinic, OR, and ASC time, and participate in hospital call duties (~7 days/month) involving phone consults, inpatient coverage, and minor procedures. Build and expand a high-demand practice with mentorship and collaboration from a large ENT network.

Qualifications:

MD or DO, Board Certified or Eligible, open to all experience levels including new graduates. Strong clinical judgment, ability to work independently, team-oriented, patient-focused, and interested in community practice development. Open to both AMG and FMG candidates.
